This unit utilizes boat engine charging current to charge trolling motor and auxiliary batteries while the engine is running. There are no connections to the ignition system or engine. Just connect to starting battery and trolling motor or auxiliary batteries. Up to 30% more battery time on the water; great for when you need a little more time on the water between recharges. Fully waterproof with reverse polarity protection and short circuit protection.

ProXtra 3 is designed to charge three batteries while boat engine is running. Batteries maybe wired in series for 36 volts or three separate batteries in parallel.
