The 10 Banks on special are units that were returned to the manufacturer unused.  These units have been fully inspected and certified by the manufacturer and Battery Tender offers a 1 year warranty on this product.

We highly recommend this charger for charging small (2 amp hours) up to larger capacity (150 amp hours) batteries. If a more powerful charger is needed BatteryStuff has other chargers that can do the job.
