It has a Frech Alton altinator a Kizer controler which rectifys ,then chops and dumps at 14.5 volts. The first test run showed a constant 8 amp charge with no sign of backing down. I put an Shumacher elecric charger on and it indicates 100% charged 15.8v and no amp flow .
A good volt meter shows 13.7 v on the disconected battery.
Question, will the 8 amps feeding the apparantly fully charged LFX18A-BS12 do damage ??? Jim Simons

They are the ones who have the authority and knowledge about proper charging for their LiFePO4 batteries. What we know they have shared with us. But please consult their technicians for a situation this specific.
