<content:encoded><![CDATA[I have to disagree. I think this needs more research. As i have personally seen my own plastic cased battery get completely drained on a concrete floor. And it was less than a days time. But i must say prior to that incedent i have left batteries on the concrete for days with no drainage. So it must depend on the battery and or the concrete type.]]></content:encoded>
