Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without RMA (return merchandise authorization) which may be obtained by phone or email. Contact for return merchandise RMA@batterystuff.com or phone 541-474-4421.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise is received notify BatteryStuff immediately. This is a rare situation and BatteryStuff.com will make arrangements to solve the problem at once.

BatteryStuff.com will take full responsibility for solving the problem with the merchandise if we were in error.

Products returned for credit or refund must be returned in unopened original manufacturer packaging and perfect condition; customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.

Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% handling and restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Battery returns are charged a 20% restocking fee and must be in perfect condition.

Foreign orders are non-returnable.

Custom and Special orders non-returnable.

Merchandise shipped via AIR at customer request will not be refunded air shipping costs.

WARRANTY INFORMATION : The items we sell are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. In some cases, the manufacturer requires that you send the item to them directly for further action. Some manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace at their discretion. BatteryStuff.com will provide you with the contact information upon request.

Most of our Power Sport Batteries include a one year limited warranty and may require the customer to return the defective battery at their expense for failure analysis. If a returned battery shows signs of physical damage, misuse, or overcharging warranty will be void.

Batteries less than 60 days old will be replaced at no charge, for batteries over 60 days,  the customer must pay for the shipping of the new replacement battery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS SHIPPED BY COMMON CARRIER :
We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If package damage is apparent and is delivered by common carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) we suggest you consider refusing delivery.

If you accept a damaged package or one is delivered without signature open the package and carefully inspect for damage. If the merchandise is damaged or does not function properly, please contact BatteryStuff Customer Service CustSer@BatteryStuff.com immediately. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials.

Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
