Overview

The Progressive Dynamics PD4590AV is a Inteli-Power 4500 Series Ultimate All-In-One Distribution Panel with built in 90 Amp converter. The PD4500 series models are rated for 240 VAC input voltage at 50 Amps. The onboard converter features Charge Wizard Technology that can recharge the battery to 90% in approximately 3-6 hrs using their patented technology.

The PD45090AV's AC Distribution Panel is rated for 240/120 VAC @ 50 Amps. The unit provisions for up to 12 branch circuits breakers plus a center feed dual 50 Amp main breaker (not included). The 12 branches feature built-in push and lock strain relief wiring connectors that makes installation easy and quick. The PD4500 series cases are light weight featuring impact-resistant high temperature polymers.

The DC section has 18 branch fuse holders, four wired to accommodate 30 Amp fuses, with the remaining having a maximum rating up to 20 Amps each. The converter section is easily accessible from the front. The unit has several features such as Wago Connectors for easy DC wiring, LED Indicators identifying blown fuses, Easy Access to reverse protection fuses, and a 2-Year Warranty!

For Lead Acid Batteries (Battery Type Switch in 'LA' position):

• PD4590CSV's Charge Wizard Technology is Enabled
• BOOST Mode 14.4 Volts – Rapidly brings RV battery up to 90% of full charge.
• NORMAL Mode 13.6 Volts – Safely completes the charge.
• STORAGE Mode 13.2 Volts – Maintains charge with minimal gassing or water loss.
• EQUALIZATION Mode 14.4 Volts – Every 21 hours for a period of 15 minutes prevents battery stratification
  & sulfation – the leading cause of battery failure.

For Lithium Batteries with BMS (Battery Type Switch in 'LI' position):

• Charge Wizard Technology is disabled
• Sets the converter to a constant 14.6 VDC ouput
