Husqvarna Motorcycle Replacement Batteries

Husqvarna began producing motorcycles in Sweden in 1903 as a branch of Husqvarna Armament firm which had been producing rifles for the Swedish Army since 1689. In 1920, Husqvarna built a 550CC side valve V-Twin engine designed for street use, but has become famous more for its world championship off-road bikes. During the 1960s and 1970s, Husqvarna won a total of 14 world motocross championships, and 24 world enduro championships. In 1987 Husqvarna motorcycle division was sold to Italian manufacturer Cagiva, and production was moved to Italy. With an engine range from 125cc to 576cc, Husky continued to do well in off road enduro events around the world.  In July 2007, BMW bought the Husqvarna brand, with plans to continue independent production of the entire lineup.
