Pros: Came very quickly. A friend recommended this product to me. I've been boiling my battery and he suggested the tender Jr. Later I found out that I toasted my new battery, not from the tender but my own fault for leaving it in the garage over this terrible midwest winter. So I bough a sealed battery from this site too and have nothing but luck with it.

Cons: No problems with the tender, the battery or the site.

Other Thoughts: I have often wondered about the origins of the universe and why cats are so quick to turn on you when being petted. It's like "pet me, but not to much". That's why I have dogs. Also, I hate chasing down electrical problems on my old bike (1976 Kawasaki KZ400). My kick start guide broke and I couldn't believe how much I had to tear apart to reach it.

Pros: Very simple i use to have to buy a battery every two years for my H.D. ultra classic. I lived in two states one with extrem heat and another state just the opposite. It was a simple install and the best thing I ever bought for under $30. My bike starts like a new battery was just installed every time. A great battery tender and recomend to all my friends. Great customer service and fast shipping!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Buy it you will love it!

Pros: first this is a light charger, capable of only 0.75A charging amps. it is not a fast, heavy duty charge,Its a well built, light charger and bat maintainer. it is designed for light charging and maintaining a float charge. if your battery is shot buy a new one. this little charger will not bring back the dead. excellent electronic circuitry design.I've been in the electronic field over 20 years. I've bench tested this for several days with motorcycle batteries. new, good, WORN OUT BATTERIES. and compared side by side with other make & manufactures. the results were this battery tender JR dose what it claims to. it switches from charge to float charge just when it should. this is unlike the other units that I compared it to. when I measured the charging voltage and the float charge voltage they were right were they should be. I just could not ask for a better built & designed light charger. lets hope that they keep making then this way and not cut any corners to increase profits.

Cons: made for small lead acid batteries. exp motorcycle batteries

Other Thoughts: I would by another one if this ever lost

   Motorcycle Battery Monitor
By on Dec 13, 2014, Ownership: Use regularly, Knowledge Level: AC/DC is more than a band
(5 of 5 customers found this review helpful)

Pros: Trouble free monitoring. I've had this unit for a year and never had a problem with the motorcycle battery being down. Have had to let the bike sit for a couple months due to inclement weather, but the charger never failed to do the job. Never a problem with overcharging either. Very inexpensive, too.

Cons: Haven't found any.

Other Thoughts: I especially appreciated the pig tail plug that came with the charger to connect the battery to the charger. I simply run the wires (which have a protective plug on the end) under the seat, out of the way, and plugging in after a ride is as simple as plugging in the charger to the pigtail.

Pros: Awesome product- I use my ATV to plow snow in the winter, it sits in an unheated shed. It was always difficult to start. With the Battery Tender on it, it now starts quickly and easily.

Cons: none

   Works okay. Nice connectors
By on Nov 15, 2015, Ownership: Just Bought, Knowledge Level: AC/DC is more than a band

Pros: Very nice mini copper clad battery connectors and terminal type connectors, as some competitors don't include these.. Used it to safely charge my Enercell 7AH and 12AH 12 volt lead acid sealed batteries as had been using my old 12 Volt 10 amp car charger which uses over 15 Volts during charging and although it worked I thought it could damage my little batteries! Once charge light went to trickle I removed charger and measured voltage across battery as 12.9 Volts and dropping slowly, by next day both batteries were steady at 12.45 Volts and stayed there. I use my 12 Volt batteries to power a number of electronic test equipment and gadgets that draw 100 ma to 500 ma and these batteries are much better than using a set of 8 AA NiMH batteries especially for loads over 100 mA as for hours of use they don't need a recharge. In the instructions, they give a lot of useful information about the voltage range of these batteries which are really quite narrow from full charge to minimum.

Cons: I think about $33 is a little much for this low powered simple device, but they probably don't make that many in order to sell it cheaper. For peace of mind for properly charging my batteries it was worth it!
