Overview
The Schauer JAC0436-R (0891-102) is a fully automatic constant current battery maintainer and charger that charges faster and more accurately than conventional chargers. The Schuaer Charge Master offers a 3-Stage charging profile that saftely chargers and maintains the battery.
The 3-Stage profile includes a Bulk Charge with Constant Current, Absorption Charge with Constant Voltage, and a Float Maintanence Mode with a Reduce Current and Voltage. This float charge holds the battery at 100% ready state and allows the charger to be left on the battery indefinitely without worry of undercharge or overcharge.
Japlar Schauer has several built-in protections such as Reverse Polarity, Short Circuit, Over-Voltage, Over Current and AC Surge. The chargers employ Soft Start and Stop, which gradually starts and stops the charger with no sudden in-rush of current. This protects both the batteries and any other circuits connected to the charger.
