The CSB GP 12170 battery is made by CSB Battery in their state of the art facility. The CSB GP series batteries are general purpose battery designed to last up to 5 years in standby service. As with all CSB Batteries they are rechargeable, highly efficient, leak proof and maintenance free.
The CSB GP Series batteries have a very low self-discharge rate with less than 10% after 90 days and can be stored up to 6 months at 77°F. The CSB GP12170 is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted standing up or on its side. The battery is maintenance free and may be transported by air or ground without any special handling regulations.
