Overview
The Samlex America SEC-1250UL is a 12v 50-Amp 2-bank fully automatic battery charger. The charger features advanced switch-mode technology, providing high-efficiency charging in a lightweight and quiet design.
The SEC-1250UL is compatible with Flooded, AGM, and Gel Cell lead acid batteries. The charger can be configured as a 3-stage charger ideal for charging batteries while not in use. It also features a 2-stage charging profile, which is ideal when being used as a power supply or DC UPS with a battery.
The SEC-1250UL can be configured to a Half Power Mode option that reduces the maximum current to half its rating. This allows you to safely charge batteries at a lower capacity that might not be able to take the full 50 amps.
The Samlex SEC-1250UL features temperature/load-controlled fan cooling and has a heat sink built into the case to help dissipate the heat. It features several protections, including Short circuit, overload, reverse battery connection, and over-temperature.
