The Eagle Performance Series i36154815 is an auto-sensing 36v 48v 15-amp portable smart golf cart charger. The charger ships with a 602618 Club Car Cable Assembly that includes a jumper wire to bypass the Club Car's OBC* (onboard computer).
The Eagle i36154815 features DeltaVolt multi-stage charging technology. This charging technology offers a fuller charge giving your batteries more runtime, which typically extends the life of the batteries.
The Pro Charging Systems i36154815 is a versatile charger that ships with an SB50 connector directly in the housing. This flexibility allows the customer to select the proper accessory cable for their golf cart and offers you the ability to charge more than one type of golf cart or 36v / 48v application with the same charger.
The charger features an LED light for two battery types: ProVolt (Flooded/Wet cell batteries) and AGM. The unit is set from the factory with the ProVolt setting enabled. The ProVolt setting is suitable for wet cell / flooded lead acid batteries. The unit can be field set to charge AGM batteries by changing an internal jumper pin within the charger.
The current model features an LED status array showing the percentage the batteries are charged. Once the charger has fully charged the battery pack, the Eagle turns off completely a goes into maintenance mode. Should the batteries discharge, the Eagle Charger automatically reactivates the charge circuit and bring the batteries back to 100% charge. Eagle Performance Series Chargers use a proprietary method of adjusting charge algorithm to compensate for temperature, thus improving battery charge quality and safety.

Many Club Car golf carts come with an onboard charge controller/computer that tells the OEM charger how to charge the battery pack. When switching to a charger not meant to charge through the Club Car’s controller, you must bypass the onboard controller to take advantage of the multi-stage charging many of our chargers offer.Bypassing the onboard computer is simple and can be accomplished with the supplied jumper wire our Club Car cables come with. All you need to do is connect the jumper wire to the black terminal on the back of the golf cart’s plug receptacle to the last negative on your battery pack, where the ground goes to the motor and controller. This will bypass the onboard controller, thus allowing your new Smart charger to work in all its proper charge stages.
