Great Product and Service
Pros: Excellent product and service. First the service: I am stationed overseas with a Japanese-spec motorcycle (Kawasaki 400 ZRX-II) and had my battery die. Battery Stuff's prices were less than half of what the price here in Japan are, and they also gave free shipping via USPS Express Mail to my APO box...received it in a week! That is pretty darn good. The battery was an exact replacement, installed it and the bike fired up on the first push. Well done!

YTX9-BS 12v AGM Maintenance Free ATV and Motorcycle Battery
Pros: Bought a battery for a good price, about $50, for my Honda F3 motorcycle. It went bad after 5 months. They replaced it.
Surprised how fast they can get it to me using USPS. 2-3 days only.
FWIW, I think my bike had a regulator/rectifier problem. Been going through batteries like crazy. Just got a new r/r. Hope it helps.

Cons: None so far, except price; but you get quality when you pay more in most cases, and certainly with this battery!
Great service by Batterystuff.com. Fast shipping, and they ship via USPS, whereas most won't. Couldn't find a battery locally, UPS/FedEx are too costly, but BS.com came thru for us!

BATTERY STUFF BACKING THEIR PRODUCT
Pros: Sooner or later, you will get a product which dies prior to (hopefully), the warranty expiring. That is a manufacturing certainty (sooner or later at least!). Well, my 3rd Scorpion motorcycle battery passed away 11.5 months into its 12 month warranty. Having a new mailing address, but no original paperwork, thank goodness I reached Anthony at Batterystuff.com's customer service department! One phone call and a few emails regarding my batteries test results, provided a replacement battery delivered to my front door.
Whew! Thank goodness for my battery kicking the bucket while still under warranty, and Anthony (in your Oregon office), for making its replacement a simple one. Good Job! Very appreciated, Mel Kim, a Batterystuff.com repeat customer.

Scorpion
Pros: After using a cheep battery that quit working after 1 rollover, I bought a Scorpion. Then I left the key on and drained it dead. The timer on my charger malfunctioned and killed the battery. They sent me a new one for free.
Cons: After 4 cartwheels and landing upside down, it still works. Allowing me to crash again and break my tie rod and my wrist.
If you want something crash tested, send it to me.
