What If I did not receive a confirmation email?

I Ordered Last Week

When you place an online order with, you will receive an email within a few minutes with an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is possible there was a problem with submission on your end that did not allow the order to be entered (Usually a missing but required field). The checkout cart will always indicate a problem, but this will show at the top of the page and is sometimes off screen dependent on how your computer display is formatted. If you believe you did submit an order, and did not get a confirmation, please email us and we will check our system. Of course, you are always welcome to call our order line and talk to a real live person and have your order done in that manner. 1-800-362-5397
