Battery Myth | How Often Should I Charge My Motorcycle, ATV or Boat Battery?

Any type of lead acid battery should always be left in a fully charged condition. Having done that, you should either charge your battery every 30 days or so, or consider getting a smart charger to maintain your battery all the time. These new ‘smart’ chargers will hold the voltage at its prime voltage, while reducing the current to almost nil, thus preventing overcharge even when left on for months at a time. Personal Testimony | We Support our ATV Riders

In Western Oregon, we are lucky to have a variety of sand dunes near Florence, Reedsport and Coos Bay. With the coast just miles away, the sea breeze feels nice when you drift along the hot sand. My first time riding on the dunes was an event I will never forget. Particularity when I foolishly challenged a particular hill...and lost. My quad and I came rolling down, and stuck in the sand. Luckily no harm was done...except maybe my pride. read more...

Thank You Gift | A Token from Afghanistan

The other week, we received a mysterious package that was shipped to the attention of one of our techs. Inside was a letter written as an appreciation for the customer service received by the writer, Joe. A quick synopsis of the situation is this. Joe ordered a battery for his ATV from us back in April of 2010. Later that year, he was deported overseas to Afghanistan. When he came back, his battery was dead.
